Founder & CEO
Alex Cheney
Alex has over 30 years of experience in talent acquisition. He leads a team of experts delivering streamlined, data-informed solutions that align internal talent with external professionals at the click of a button.
Previously, Alex served as Director at Wilbury Stratton, where he provided strategic talent insights across leadership succession, competitor intelligence, executive search, and diversity bench-marking.
Known for building high-performing teams and partnerships across sectors and regions, he empowers clients to make smarter talent decisions. His passion lies in driving innovation and excellence in talent intelligence and succession planning & executive search.

Jennifer Candee
Jennifer’s background spans over 25 years of broad global ta leadership across large multinational organisations (Cargill, Mondelez, SABMiller) and has been focused on global change and transformation across this space. Jennifer is currently consulting as global head of ta transformation for IMI plc, a FTSE 100 11k employee engineering organisation headquartered in the UK. She’s led teams spanning over 70 countries, up to 160K employees and teams up to 460 globally in the TA space across industries such as FMCG, food ingredients and agriculture, to retail, financial services, engineering, and telecommunications. Jennifer has been judging the FIRM Awards since their inception in 2013 and has equally been the recipient of several whilst at Mondelez.

Simon Heaton
Simon is the Chief Growth Officer at Stout, a global investment bank and advisory firm, specializing in corporate finance, valuation, financial disputes, and investigations.
Simon has over 30 years of work experience with over 20 of them in recruiting and development, working for 3rd party agencies, RPO providers, and leading HR, Talent and Recruiting teams. He has experience in various industries including financial services, retail and pharmaceuticals.
Prior to joining Stout, Simon was the Global Head of Talent for Barclays PLC where he was responsible for hiring senior executives and leading the talent and succession management processes. Prior to Barclays, he held numerous senior talent acquisition roles at Walmart where he spent 5 years working in Canada, U.S., and Hong Kong.
