This Trust Center provides a single source of truth for how we protect your data and ensure compliance.

1. Security

Data Encryption

  • All customer data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).

  • Role-based access controls and multi-factor authentication protect against unauthorised access.

Infrastructure

  • Hosted on secure, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with redundancy and failover.

  • Continuous monitoring, logging, and regular vulnerability testing.

Incident Response

  • Security incidents are triaged immediately.

  • Affected customers are notified without undue delay and provided with updates until resolution.

2. Compliance

  • UK GDPR & Data Protection Act 2018 compliant.

  • Data Processing Agreement (DPA) available for all enterprise clients.

  • Data transfers outside the UK/EEA are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other approved safeguards.

  • Venteja is operated by The Succession Plan Limited, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 14969868).

3. Privacy

  • Your data remains yours — we act as a Processor for Customer Data, and a Controller only for website/marketing data.

  • We never sell personal data.

4. Subprocessors

We work with carefully selected subprocessors to deliver Venteja securely and efficiently. These may include:

  • Cloud hosting providers

  • Analytics services

  • Email and communication tools

All subprocessors are contractually bound to comply with UK GDPR.

5. Reliability

  • Designed for 99.9% uptime.

  • Planned maintenance communicated in advance.

  • Automatic failover and backup protocols ensure business continuity.

6. Customer Responsibilities

While we protect the platform, security is a shared responsibility. We recommend:

  • Enforcing strong passwords and MFA for all users.

  • Managing user access regularly.

  • Reporting suspicious activity to us immediately.

7. Resources

You are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions when you accept our quotation or from the date of any performance of the Services (whichever happens earlier). These Terms and Conditions, together with our quotation (the “Contract”), are the entire agreement between us.

For the avoidance of doubt, references to the Service Provider, “we”, or “us” mean The Succession Plan Limited, and references to the Platform mean Venteja, which is operated by The Succession Plan Limited.
